Perksly does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. Everything you enter — your cards, benefits, perks, and usage history — stays on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising.
Nothing. Perksly has no servers that receive your data. We do not collect, store, or transmit:
All information you enter into Perksly is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. It is included in your standard device backups (iCloud Backup or encrypted iTunes/Finder backup) only if you have those features enabled — those backups are managed by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy, not by us.
To delete all your Perksly data, simply delete the app from your device.
Perksly periodically checks a public GitHub repository (perksly-data) for updates to the built-in card catalog (e.g., when a new card is added or a benefit changes). This is a one-way download of public data — your device fetches the catalog file. We do not send any information about you, your device, or your cards in this request beyond what your network connection routinely exposes (such as your IP address) to GitHub, who hosts the file under GitHub’s privacy policy.
Perksly does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs.
Perksly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If this policy changes in a future version of the app, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and note the change in the app’s release notes.
